Refund Policy
At Azeel Perfumes, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Due to the nature of our fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To ensure you find the perfect scent, we offer decant or trial sizes for you to test before committing to a full-size purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at azeelperfumes@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perfumes cannot be returned.
- Returns and replacements are only considered for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances with opened or used packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. Shipping costs incurred for returns are also non-refundable unless a shipping error occurred on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days with an unboxing video (mandatory) at azeelperfumes@gmail.com or call us at +91 9725290011
Please provide the following details for your Return Merchandise Authorization:
- Customer Name/Email
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be sent back to the customer or discarded at the customer's request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed upon approval once the returned product is received. Payments for refunds will be made to the original payment method. Customers will need to provide their bank details.
Note:
- A small fee of 2.5% (payment gateway fees) will be deducted from all refunds.
- Refunds for failed online transactions are automatically processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days. We do not hold these funds.
Order Cancellation Policy
We may need to cancel certain orders at our discretion due to various reasons such as product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or quality concerns. We may also request additional verification or information before processing any order.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement to ensure fast dispatch and delivery. To cancel your order, please email your Order ID and the reason for cancellation to azeelperfumes@gmail.com.
